4 tilapia fillets
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Culinary Tours Sweet Thai Style Chili Sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 orange, sliced
1 Tbs fresh cilantro
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Prepare rimmed baking sheet by rubbing the bottom with butter. Place tilapia on pan. Pour orange juice over fish. Brush chili sauce directly onto tilapia. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with orange slices and cilantro. Bake for 15 minutes until cooked through and tender. 
  2. Time-Saving Tip: Buy individually wrapped, frozen fish fillets. Leave in the package and thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or place fillets in a bowl of warm water for 30 minutes.
